Homeless Blossoms

6 comments:

  1. The blossoms look so sad blown up against the wall.

I love it when the wind comes up and blows the blossoms off the trees and it looks like it is snowing pink and white blossoms. Of course this pic shows the down side of that.

    1. There is a homeless man who often sits under the crabapple tree. It took me the longest time to put together he was absorbing the warmth from the motorcycles. This photo was taken where I park Billie now. I suspect it was the presence of the homeless man which made the connection. Life is so precious and can be so fleeting.

  2. I found it hard to look at these petals, too. It's too soon for me to see spent flowers...

  3. Ah, but to have homeless blossoms is to know that once not long ago there were blossoms and that spring has arrived - not so here, spring is very late indeed.

    1. Spring is late many places and is coming with great violence in many other places.
