I shared in a comment on another blog how when I lived in Michigan I disliked March. March was suppose to be Spring. The first day of Spring was in March, but also, came snow. It seemed April would never come...of course, I've played baseball in the snow during April, but still April was much more honest about it really being Spring. Here in Missouri, there isn't a window like we know it. Still, I remember and am grateful for the sun and warm of here. Your time will come.
Not soon enough! But there is hope.

ReplyDeleteI suppose we are luckier than most. We get frost, we go down to freezing but, NO snow and it will be Spring Temps tomorrow (after the frost melts)
With luck, Winter may be over for us but we have had snow in April before

Nice! The crocus and daffodil's are here too! Remember to stop and smell, especially if flamingos are nearby. :)
ReplyDeleteThat reminds me, I need to go take a picture of our daffodils before they wilt away.
ReplyDeleteThey finally opened their blooms this week.
